A while back I posted about how my favorite nasty lady (sorry Janet) was attempting to raise money so that she could turn her classic song "Fxxk Me" into a music video. Well lucky for you and anybody not easily offended, the fund raiser succeeded, and now we have a spectacular music video for everyone to enjoy. Ok, maybe not every. Probably like a small portion of people you know. It's kind of raunch so there's that. Anyway, if you haven't stopped reading this, then chances are you'll love it!
I can't believe I have to do this, but I'm going to go ahead and call this NSFW. You know, so you can't stupidly watch this at work and get fired because your boss sees you watching two older out of shape people having sex by a pool.
That description is only a glimpse at what else this video has. It opens up with Wendy singing at a very classic looking club looking classy as hell, but the patrons, not so much. In the audience we have a very eclectic group of onlookers, who all seem to take the message that Wendy is giving them to heart. And that message is that sometimes a guy just needs to drop the romance and just get it on with his lady. Or man. Or furry.
What's really great about this video is that is goes far beyond any other LGBT (in this case LGBT Friendly) video has done before. Usually you'll have the singer accompanied by the hottest, buffet men they could find. That's not what this lady set out to do. She showed all different aspects of, well, getting it on. We have the older couple, two different sets of furries (with a chicken in both of them, strangely enough), a guy who likes to get it on with his man in drag, and even a couple that you don't find out are actually transgendered (one male, one female) until late into the video. All comedy and gag-reveals aside, I feel like this video was super important for showing all the different shapes, sizes, and sexualities the world can come in, and that not everybody has gotta have a six pack and a bubble butt to be in a music video.
As for the song, it's been a Wendy Ho classic forever. It's a very simple tune, consisting mainly of just Wendy singing along to a piano. In the song we discover that yeah, a romantic lay is nice, but every now and then a lady (or ladyboy) needs to be rammed. Hard. A lot of the lines are funny, talking about tossing salads and even how she wants her belly button penetrated, but in the end, we have a great mix of comedy with a song that is actually a functioning work as opposed to someone telling jokes over a back track. "Fxxk Me" is definitely one of Wendy's best tracks.

Help Wendy Ho Make Her New Video
Wendy Ho is an entertainer in every sense of the word. She knows how to work it, whether it's a full club or a street corner. Well she's spent the past one hundred years (a rough estimate) bringing joy to your life, so now it's your chance to bring some joy to hers. By joy I mean money.
OK, so let's get more specific. Wendy isn't just asking for money and not offering up anything in return. She knows that to get the coins, she's got to have the products, and the biggest product here is the upcoming music video. She's turned to Kickstarter to help wrangle in her fans to get the funds she needs to finally have a video to her favorite song from her catalog, "Fuck Me". If she reaches her set goal of $7,500, we can get this video in all it's raunchy glory.
Don't go thinking that a music video is all she has to offer. In true Kickstarter style, there are various levels with set increments and rewards for each level of donation. These rewards include CDs, t-shirts, a spot as an extra on her music video, and most importantly a ho-bag. Who doesn't want a ho bag!?
Look, the point is that Wendy is a crazy talented woman. She has fronted the bills for everything she's done so far, and I really think that she deserves help for once. I've seen her live show, and I own her albums, so trust me when I say that Wendy Ho never disappoints. I have no clue what she has planned for "Fuck Me" but I know it will be amazing. And if you got the bucks, she'll even ho you out in it, too.
As of this posting, Wendy is right at the 3,000 mark, putting her just shy of half way. We still got another twenty-five days, making this totally doable. Let's give something back to the lady who's been ho-in herself out for all these years.

Wendy Ho Drops Her Greatest S**ts!
Lemme start out by saying that this is a story about Wendy Ho, and if that isn't enough of an NSFW warning for you, then you are obviously in the wrong place. Anyway, I know that I'm a little late on this one, but I still wanted to give a shout out and share some love with a home-state hero. She was big on Logo back when they were cool and did music video stuff, and since then she's been touring the country, selling her raunchy music to anyone who'll listen. That's you. Listen.
Ugh, I just know that Wendy is going to give me so much crap for censoring the title of her album.
[Even more NSFW-y stuff under the cut. If you aren't used to Wendy's sense of humor, this article may not be for you.]

Sorry I Missed It - Wendy Ho "Public Place"
I'd like to say that I don't cover parody songs often, but when it comes to drag queens, it's sort of unavoidable. Thankfully, most of the time they are good. The case is no different when it comes to faux-queen/comedy genius Wendy Ho. Although she is best known for her original tracks, anyone in comedy knows that parodies are huge and often hilarious. For this round, she's chosen pop megastar Rihanna to prod at. Maybe prod isn't the right word.
Wendy Ho, you are always hilarious to me. I had originally heard this track back in December of 2012 when she graced my lovely city with her presence. Back then, the song wasn't completely finished, so it was vastly different from the version that is currently up on iTunes. The version I heard was much closer musically to the original track "We Found Love". Instead of the pulsating electro beats, she's opted to go for a more acoustic sound and more flowing vocals.
The subject matter of the song, as are most of Wendy Ho's songs, is NSFW (I mean c'mon. Her last name is Ho, after all). How do I phrase this as politically correct as possible? Well, she apparently wants to give you a blowjob in every public bathroom in the city. No, really. The track is all about her quest to give oral in public. Too bad she's not a dude. They can just hit up the nearest park for that kinda thing.
What I like best about this song, other than it giving me the most laughs I've had out of a song since Pandora Boxx released "Cooter", is that Wendy is really singing here -- and singing well. A lot of the time she only raps, giving us just a taste of her vocals during a select few choruses. Here, we get a full track of some of her best vocals to date. And here is where I was going to make a joke about Rihanna having after effects on her voice to sound better, but I don't need any more hate mail, ya dig?
You can grab the track on iTunes, and be sure to check out a special version of her performing the track in her home studio below.

Interview: Wendy Ho Brings The Ho-lidays To St. Louis
Her name is Wendy Ho and she's a ho. This comedienne is known far and wide for her classy tracks such as "Yes I'm A Ho", "Bitch I Stole Yo Purse" and "Poop Noodle" (my personal favorite), and now she's coming to a town near you! Well, that is, if you live in the greater St. Louis area. She will be making a live appearance at Just John in St. Louis's "The Grove" December 7th starting at 9:00 PM. Lucky for me I'm an attention hog and got her to answer a few questions for me. And for the first time ever, I got some fan questions sent in, with some pretty hilarious results!
