RuPaul's Drag Race - Frenemies

I kind of don't want to talk about this episode, so pardon me if my jokes fall flat this week. It's getting down to the wire, and the girls I truly want to see win are about to start packing their bags. This is probably the most controversial episode to date (even more so than sending Pandora Boxx home). I just don't know how to react, really.

Well damn. Phi Phi and Sharon are fighting again. Phi Phi calls her goth and tells her to be glamorous. Oh lord. Maybe it's the five AM talking, but I'm getting sick of these two bitching.

Ru announces that the mini challenge will involve finding the truth. They are going to be hooked up to a lie detector test. Oh lawdy. Only on Drag Race.

The girls have to answer some hilarious questions. Phi Phi would never get between the sheets with Sharon (true) and Chad claims to never sleep in the nude (false). On the other hand, if it came down to it, Sharon would get with Phi Phi. Awkward! And of course Ru has to find out if the girls have been lying about liking his shoe line.

Bitch, they know when you're lying!

The girls get paired up based on their answers. Phi Phi and Sharon obviously are together. Latrice gets Willam and Dida is paired with Chad. For the main challenge, they have to put an act together for a night club, do outfits as "frenemies", and have to sing live. So it's this episode.

While I love the singing episodes, I really hate having to listen to them bitch about having to sing.

After the critiques, Ru announces that they are being judged as a team. Both top people win and both in the losing team land in the bottom. And all eyes turn to my Willam and tell her to beware of lip syncing against Latrice.

The girls get to practice with Lucian, the producer behind Ru's music. Latrice seems to be struggling with timing, and Willam makes it a major point to announce this. Chad and Dida have some major timing issues too, focusing too much on physical comedy. They were also probably the worst singers of the group.

Phi Phi and Sharon actually seemed to be the most together group, despite them not wanting to be on the same page. Like at all. Of course, they seem to only want to throw each other under the bus over and over. They can totally turn it out if they can just work together for one day.

Chad looks really confused.

The girls notice a big turn in Willam's personality as she becomes much more "low energy". For good reason, Latrice is concerned.

First up, Latrice and Willam. The two of them looked pretty cute, and seemed to have such good chemistry. Latrice's makeup looked off tonight, but everything else was spot on, especially their stripping act.

Phi Phi and Sharon were my favorite of the night. Their outfits may have been stereotypical, but their adlibs were the best, especially the bits about the orange tan and being Marylin Manson. They were the best singers, too, but that doesn't really say a whole lot for this group.

Phi Phi and Sharon proving stereotypes can be fun.

Chad and Dida were funny, but they seemed to have bad timing and neither of them really sang. When they did, they went a bit flat.

Willam and Latrice are the winners of the challenge this week. Ru's announcement is upstaged by Willam. In the background, he begins to vomit but says he is okay enough to continue on. My favorites of the night, Phi Phi and Sharon get put up for elimination. This wasn't supposed to happen! At least they are singing Raining Men. I'm sorry Sharon, but between the two of you, my girl Phi Phi better not be going home.

Before announcing who goes home -- wait what? Ru brings Willam back up to the stage and says he broke the rules and has to go home, but they don't say what rule. They just send her packing. WHAT? My favorite, and the only one I wanted to see win, got sent packing. Pardon me while I go be depressed forever.
